Return and Refund Policy
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY
Hello Uchagirl!
You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
The item(s) you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. They must also be in the original packaging, with tags and seals intact.
You are not required to specify the reason for the return, although your feedback always helps us improve and grow.
RETURN PROCESS
The customer should send an email to shop@uchaworld.eu providing the following information:
- Full name.
- Order number (found on the sheet inside the package or in the confirmation email received upon purchase).
- Contact phone number.
- Email for communication and information about the process.
- Items you want to return or exchange (in the case of an exchange, specify the piece or color you desire).
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned beyond the fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery, will not be accepted.
Within a maximum of 72 business hours of receiving the return request, and unless issues are identified with the provided information, Ucha will confirm the approval of the return to the customer by responding to the email request. From that moment, it will be the customer's responsibility to arrange the shipment of the item.
The customer will select the method to return the items to Ucha, and the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt of your returned item, as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or through the original payment method within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from receiving the product.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've contacted these entities and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at shop@uchaworld.eu, and we will assist you.
PROMOTIONAL AND/OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. If you purchased an item on sale or customized, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a defective item, we apologize and request you to send an email to shop@uchaworld.eu to coordinate the management and replacement of the item.
If the item is defective, Ucha will cover the return shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email, and we will assist you in the exchange process.
The customer will select the method to return the item(s) to Ucha, and the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt of your returned item, as well as the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Ucha will send the new item within fourteen (14) calendar days from receiving the returned item, covering the shipping costs of the new product, with no additional costs to the customer.
