Nuestro compromiso con la sostenibilidad
-
Handmade
We carefully select the quality of the materials we use to create each piece of jewelry. Our goal is for UCHA pieces to become small works of art that transcend time, passing from generation to generation and becoming part of a collection of wearable sculptures.
-
Vintage and Deadstock Materials
By combining vintage pieces, natural stones, and deadstock materials, we aim to repurpose available resources, extending their life cycle. This approach allows us to reduce the need for natural and energy resources associated with creating new materials, promoting a sustainable approach in the crafting of our jewelry.
-
Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC)
The bases of our earrings are crafted in Spain at a factory certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). This certification ensures responsible production that meets the highest standards of fair trade, traceability, and environmental respect. Each piece is not only an expression of art but also a statement of commitment to the well-being of people and the planet.
-
Recycled 925 Silver
The findings in our pieces are made from recycled 925 silver, sourced responsibly from a Spanish factory that meets our quality and sustainability standards.
-
FSC-Certified Packaging
Our packaging is made from FSC-certified cardboard, ensuring it comes from sustainable and responsible sources. All of our stationery is printed at a local business, supporting small businesses and reducing our carbon footprint.
-
Packaging Reuse
We reuse all paper in good condition from studio supply orders, extending its life cycle. For this reason, you may notice variations in the papers we use to protect the pieces during shipping.

Where Are We Headed?
We are currently working on implementing plantable packaging, as well as substituting non-vintage components with 3D-printed biomaterials.
