When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from Calle Puerto Rico 48, 1ºB, 28016, Madrid, Spain. Please note that during holidays and sale seasons, there may be additional time to process your order. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours from the order date and will be shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times are as follows:

• Spain: Correos Express (between 48/72 business hours)
• Europe: UPS - SEUR/DPD - Correos España (between 3 and 5 business days)
• Rest of the world: UPS - Zeleris (between 5 and 10 business days)

We do not ship to the Canary Islands or the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Purchases made from these geographical areas cannot be processed.

*In August, during sale periods and/or promotions, and due to factors beyond Ucha's control (potential strikes, adverse weather phenomena, etc.), deliveries may experience delays.

Will taxes and customs be applied?

The prices shown on our site do not include taxes, which means you may need to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes and related customs duties may be applied once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
