Materials & Process
Ucha primarily works with existing materials—vintage and deadstock elements that are reintroduced through new compositions.
These are complemented with natural stones and glass.
Production
All pieces are made in our Madrid-based studio, in small quantities and according to the availability of materials.
Earring bases are crafted in nickel-free brass with sterling silver plating.
Our suppliers follow standards such as those set by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), an international certification ensuring responsible social, ethical, and environmental practices within the jewelry industry.
Packaging
Packaging is designed to reduce impact and be reused whenever possible.
Both shipping boxes and jewelry boxes are FSC-certified.
We are currently working towards making our packaging fully compostable.
